Drug Addiction: Drug Addiction Facts

Question: Have you ever noticed that people with drug addictions often have unusually pale blue eyes?

I have worked with addicts for years and have noticed that a very high percentage of them have unusually pale blue eyes. Is there anything to this? I mean, clearly this would really only apply to caucasians - but among caucasians who are addicted to drugs, have you noticed this?

Yeah its a deficiency of some sorts. similar to recessive traits. the deficiency swings you into recession. blue eyes is recessive trait.

That's usually what happens when you overdose.No matter what color you are your eyes will turn blue.I've seen it many times from the darkest person to the whitest.Drugs are tearing their insides and blood veins to pieces.As long as they're hard users that's what your prone to see.It's not just Caucasians it's basically every race.You don't believe me research it.Heroin overdose no matter the race your eyes turn pale/ dark blue.

This is myth perpetuated from the song by The Velvet Underground "Pale Blue Eyes " in the late 60's.
