Question: Why do people detroy their life by involving in drug addiction?

Peer-pressure, society, rebellion...... They aren't thinking at all......they're "friends " are doing the thinking for them.

Well the bible talks about this. He who wants to act stupid and enjoy life till the last and not know of my name and not listen will be punished. So pretty much they just think they really arent going to go anywhere good so they throw their lifes away to drugs until their time of death is upon them.

Some people just have really messed up lives and they hurt so much inside. They turn to drugs because when you're high, you're numb and you can't feel the pain of life..that sounds depressing, but it's true. But there are other people who just do it because they think it's cool. I don't think people mean to actually destroy their lives though, it was either a bad decision or just an unhealthy coping skill.

By drug addictions u must be refering 2 weed cuza no one else talks about anything else really anymore and the answer is go get really hammered every nite and say u dnt wanna kill yourself....or you could take some drugs and realize life ant so shytty all im really putting out there is that when u look at the world 2day u dnt seem a happy rural neighborhood or a happy family with a stay at home mom who 4 the most part doesnt complain and there isnt pointless squable like war or dumb marraige dibacle like the gay rites thing which by dumb i mean should we or shouldnt we drugs are a temp get by 2 lifes problems, its like summer vaca 4 anyone who goes 2 scool, i hate 2 say it but drugs would be the answer if they weren't abused the way they are

I personally have never used drugs but there are many reasons for people to use drugs: sadness, boredom, and wanting to fit in are the major reasons but still it is a bad option because drugs can ruin your life and worse your family.

Usually their life is so bad that it's worth it to them to numb the pain, no matter what the consequences.
