Tell them that you've had a hard past and tell them your cleaning up.

If you want to make friends don't do the dope you will make friends but not the right ones they don't care for you but a true friend will guide you to the right path and will be by your side when you need them.

Walk away ... part of your rehab is making new friends who don't care about drugs . Oh yeah , and tell them to call you when they need help .

Just ignore them! Most people that make fun of you probably have the same problem.

You can't control what others do. Some people are idiots. You stay the course and focus on taking care of yourself. Making new friends just takes a hello and a willingness to get to know someone. Start slow, it will come. If you have old freinds that are going to influence you to get back into the drugs you have to stay away from them. Now is not the time to deal with them, you need to help yourself first...that's how it works. I wish you the best.

Use it to fuel your resolve to quit. Funnel that hate towards the drugs. Make it so you want to puke if you so much as see a pill/ needle. They disgust you. But if you don't find something else to fill your life, you'll probably go back. That emptiness you feel needs to be filled with Jesus Christ. He loves you. Go to church for friends. They will accept you no matter what. My pastor was a former drug addict. You can find a new life and support in Christ.

Seek out new friends. I'm assuming these people are also drug users -- a healthy person would not mock you for trying to overcome a potentially fatal addiction. Enter into an addiction rehab center or join a 12-step program. Help is out there and you don't need to do it alone. Best of luck!
