Whitney Houston is 6 years older than Bobby Brown, Woman mature faster than men, , she should take accountability for her part.

She has no one to blame but HERSELF. She needs to own up and people should stop using Bobby as an excuse.

Why does this bother you enough to write on YA about it? Does it affect you? He was a bad influence on her, regardless of who was older, HE was the drug addict first. She never tried to say she wasn't to blame for her own actions. However, she never would have been in that situation in the first place if she were not married to him.

Youth doesn't have any bearing on whether or not Bobby (who was Whitney's love of her life at the time) would be about to turn Whitney out on Crack (or cocaine). But in that scene, cocaine is like weed and all I know is after she hooked up with Bobby, she was doing the crackhead shuffle.

She's a drug addict. She'd blame anyone. And Bobby Brown was a drug addict before. The media thinks he made her that way.

We're all just on the sidelines of their marriage so for us to make any judgement is ludicrous. For all we know Whitney might've been sniffin' coke since high school.

I don't think that her age matters at all. Addicts come in all shapes and sizes, all walks of live, all ages. No one can blame someones addiction on someone else, just as no one can make someone end their addiction. No one plans on becoming an addict, but they alone have the choice to continue being an addict or seek help. She had the choice to stay and keep using or leave and get clean.
