Almost everyone. A lot of Americans are addicted to caffeine and many other "safe " drugs. Or do you mean those other UNTAXED and "dangerous " drugs that the government makes no money off of?

I don't think theres ever been a poll in the country about how many people are drug addicts... if you were addicted to some shit like heroin, would you want the public to know and risk getting caught by the cops? didn't think so
