In your neighborhood. Plenty of kids on drugs in Japan and in Thailand. God doesn't make anyone a drug addict. Poverty, sometimes affluence, poor self esteem, curiosity, cultural conditioning, and poor judgement are just a few reasons people might become drug addicts.

Most 'Asian guys' will belong to supportive families and be involved in their family religion (many of them muslim). Drugs are frowned upon in these societies in a much greater way than they are in other countries. A child's upbringing helps to form the child's future and feelings about things. It is not an asian v white thing but it is a fact that Asians are stricter with their children than those in many 'white' societies. There are many white youngsters who also do not indulge in drugs, alcohol, tobacco, premarital sex etc. and most of those will come from stricter families who have religious ties of one kind or another. Many of the 'white' youngsters, to whom you refer, will be from families where too much freedom has been given at far too early an age and where they are allowed to 'do their own thing', come and go as they please and mix with whom they choose. This is not a good thing for anyone, regardless of their skin colour, religion or class status. We are responsible for the upbringing of our children and cannot blame God for bad parenting.

Looks like you aren't researching things too clearly, Drug cartels are everywhere and much of the users aren't being mentioned racially because people are too afraid to report the truth.
